MCO 3.0 kitchen story II

 Yesterday I made Biscoff twist bun..the "best" part was, I had to manually knead the dough. OMG ! I don't know what's wrong with the bread maker. The sound was OK but the blade inside won't spin. Time macam ni la semua benda nak manja2 eh..Aduhhh. So, I found the recipe on Instagram and luckily I have all the ingredients. Personally, I prefer cinnamon bun.hihi because of the taste

before that I tried making roti jala. 
the curry was not perfect (being honest here) but OK la for first timer like me.
I was skeptical to put too much seasoning + sugar + salt

I also made apam balik...OMG !! It has been ages since I went to night market. sob..sob..
My first apam balik, was bland and a bit burnt. The second one (picture below) was nice because I slather a lot of butter. Yummy


this has been added in my cart for few months..initial price was RM36+..last week the price dropped to RM16+. I quickly checked out HAHAHA. before this, I used rice when baking pie crust. Now I can use this. When baking pie crust, we need to put some weight on it otherwise the crust will not be flat.
