second run :PG colour run 2016

on 5th november i joined another run.

sad to say, the organisation was not ok. it was the race kit..first we had to take on this date.then they changed it to another date.when we waited at McD PG, they said we need to take at organiser booth at Bkt Layang-Layang...so ur organisation suck!

since the t-shirt is white..i had to wear another t-shirt inside.

dont wanna go around and parade ur bra colour right

i dont get why we need to have zumba before the run..

why not just do normal stretching?

the reason for saying this is...we have to wait for them.GGGRRRR

when the run starts late...it will be hot because the sun come out already

each runner was given few packets of colour powder.

like the one they use during Holi festival

no clear starting line..(that's why i said organisation failed)

start running when they threw the colour powder

along the way, there were people throwing the colour powder.

what i did was, when i saw them throw at the people in front.. i dashed forward.

in a sense... they need to top up the powder..

still consider clean

no picture of me coz my allergy came as soon as i stepped on the finishing line.

damn!

my first run

to make my miserable life less miserable..i've decided to do something for the first time.

it doesn't matter what it is as long as it's the first.

turn out i joined a run.

i know i can't join a marathon..so i just joined a fun run

 a fren found out about this run.

so the 3 of us decided to take part...what have we got to lose?? right?

had to pay rm30 for registration.

got a t-shirt, breakfast pack,finisher medal and certificate

had to run 5.9km..it took me an hour to complete.

i'm glad i finished it. *insert accomplished smile*

Kopicat

last July (see the procrastination) we went out for outing and also to celebrate a fren's birthday.

just near Taman Molek..coz we see there's so much interesting cafes there..

unfortunately...didn't find any coz we didn't use waze.

end up we just stop at Kopicat

Pulau Redang

last march, (and it's october now *sigh*...i typed this post bits by bits ok) we went for a family holiday..not a complete one though

it's been ages that i wanted to go to island in Terengganu.

 been living here like forever but never step foot on any island.

so my SIL arranged for a 3d2n trip to pulau redang.

the kids were super excited..me too

we asked a relative to send us here.Ferry terminal at Shahbandar

the ferry.the trip took around 2 hours

the jetty at Pulau Redang..ours was the first stop.

they call it jeti kampung.there's another jetty on the other side of the island

we stayed here during the trip.

this place is close to facilities like klinik kesihatan (clinic) and a mosque

so when my mom got sick and my brother was sea sick..we conveniently just walk for 5 minutes to see the doctor

after checking in into the room, we headed to this beach.

OMG it was sooo beautiful.

the crystal clear water, soft sand..i just pretend to be in Maldives

HAHA

since it was like 2 pm...no one was around.

PARTAY!!!!

then after Asar we went to Taman Laut

on the second day, we were taken to 3 places for snorkelling

4.5 **** rated....hehe x mampu nak duk sini..

walaupun mampu...maybe next time.

on the way to the beach, there are many affordable hotels

just look at the water....how cool is that?

we had an enjoyable time in this van

you dont even have to snorkel to see them!

it was a whale of a time for us.

hopefully we can go to Perhentian Island next year for next family vacay.
