Jiwa

It has been ages since I go out and try new eating place. Last night, a friend happened to be in town to attend a wedding. So I took her here. The shop is opposite Bake with Yen, very close to the drawbridge. I was tempted to go seeing how someone always come and eat here.

Our pizza arrive. Regular size. Total was rm36 I guess. The pizza was nice. My drink was so-so. But the food came quite fast. Like 20 minutes. Drinks 10 minutes. Maybe I'll come again next time for the cakes

Unwell

I've been having this on-off fever for like 2 weeks. It started with being feverish at night. Last week, it was in the morning. Once,my forehead temperature was 37.9.the guard almost didn't let me enter. She took another reading on my wrist. 36.9...still quite high. I just take panadol and use cool fever. Too troublesome to go to the clinic. Last Monday, I even took a leave because my body was in pain. Up till today but I can't possibly take 3 days of leave right?? Membebel pulak bos nanti. I don't want to rely too much on pain killer but it hurts. Don't know why it hurts so much this time.😔 Thus, I am just not in the mood for human interaction and everything just piss me off. It has been too long since I was sick pretty bad..by bad I mean, I'm too weak to even stand and just stay in bed for a week! 

There' s too much going on at workplace too.having to chase all these people. Reports to submit like it's the end of the year (yeah right!) And I just feel unlucky because something keeps happening to me. It's not that bad but when your body is acting up, you just can't tolerate.

And......i miss someone so much

Unlucky cik merah

I got a flat tyre today.. More accurate is burst tyre.. (sob sob) there goes my money. I was on my way back to KT. It happened somewhere in the middle between Bkt Besi exit and Ajil exit. I had this uncomfortable feeling for few days already. When I planned something wrong, surely something like this will happen. Even my left eye was twitching last night. I'm not being superstitious or anything like that but......... 


The drive was not smooth but I still kept going for like 1/2 km.. But very slow. When I found a suitable place... OMG... The second time seeing burst tyre. The first time was worse. Called the number on touch & go card but that one was for PLUS. The lady gave me number for LPT. I had to wait for 30 mins


The man finished changing tyre in 10 mins. I once changed a flat tyre. Don't think I wanna do it again in a 34degree temperature. 


I just bathed him yesterday.. After 3 months. Last was 12 June. Then I was kept at home for 2 months. 


Siap kena langgar lagi time PKPD..I went out to pick up a parcel at SJR.. A car was reversing. I can't brain why she kept reversing when she heard that beeping sound. How can I asked for ganti rugi for this scratch???! #redhajela

MCO 3.0 kitchen story III




It has been ages that I learned or rather bought this recipe. Sekarang baru ada kegigihan nak buat (or is it boredom to death?) 
One is Daim chocolate tart (with chopped Daim on top) and the other one is Dulce de Leche tart. 
 
I used to eat this in Johor.. I made this because I was craving for it. Not too bad.. Managed to find decent looking anchovies here


Tried this recipe from khairulaming.. Its like eating pizza.. Seriously! Kind of a good thing when my area was put under Pkpd for a month.. Huhu


First try... I set the timer longer than needed. But it didn't taste burnt at all


This one is a lot better... Reduced the temperature a bit 

Gooeeeyyyy cheese.. Yums


Tried making nasi beryani. I only cooked the ayam merah.. The rice is actually instant. I just need to add water and evaporated milk. And add the spices. 



Pecan shortbread cookies... Finishing the chocolate and pecan.

Midnight rambling : organising

I'm not the kind who like to tidy up every day or weekly.. I only do it when I see things in mess or I can't stand to see the dust anymore... (sapa je gi check habuk setiap hari??). Since my skincare+body care is too much and I'm just to dang lazy to clean them from dust, I looked for these organisers.. The one with drawer, I bought somewhere around March through Shopee (duhh) .. Then the second one last month from Instagram seller. I thought everything can fit, but the tall lotion bottles still need to stay outside. 

2 separate items. So in lurve with these.. If only, it was taller

Packed!!! So much stuffs (but already changed the items after I bought the new one. Now, all my perfumes are here. Sorry, won't put picture of latest arrangement here @_* ) 

Tall enough to fit BBW mist but not tall enough for Nivea lotions

If my mom sees all the stuffs inside, I'll have enough nagging till next year *_*

If future husband sees this.... Hmmm I wonder what he'll say BAHAHAHA

MCO 3.0 kitchen story II

 Yesterday I made Biscoff twist bun..the "best" part was, I had to manually knead the dough. OMG ! I don't know what's wrong with the bread maker. The sound was OK but the blade inside won't spin. Time macam ni la semua benda nak manja2 eh..Aduhhh. So, I found the recipe on Instagram and luckily I have all the ingredients. Personally, I prefer cinnamon bun.hihi because of the taste

before that I tried making roti jala. 
the curry was not perfect (being honest here) but OK la for first timer like me.
I was skeptical to put too much seasoning + sugar + salt

I also made apam balik...OMG !! It has been ages since I went to night market. sob..sob..
My first apam balik, was bland and a bit burnt. The second one (picture below) was nice because I slather a lot of butter. Yummy


this has been added in my cart for few months..initial price was RM36+..last week the price dropped to RM16+. I quickly checked out HAHAHA. before this, I used rice when baking pie crust. Now I can use this. When baking pie crust, we need to put some weight on it otherwise the crust will not be flat.

Nutella Cheesetart

it has been ages since I last made this. bercinta oii nak buat shell tu. I don't want to buy the shell at shop because I don't know how long it's been on the shelf. Since I have "a lot" of free time, I made the shells and it was enough for me to bake it 3 times.. Everytime I bake a batch, I only use half of the cheese recipe..Got around 25 pieces...enough for me for 1 day HIHIHI

I used the recipe from Che Nom. First time trying this. So nice coz it's crunchy and a bit sour. maybe next time I should make the gravy a bit more..


First disaster this time. I bought the ring last year kot..so, after looking for the recipe, I finally give it a try. The dough itself was so soft. I had to roll the dough and put it in the fridge to harden a bit then cut it in the ring. Took me 24 hours to make 6 shells. Then , I just wrap the balance coz I don't think I can keep on doing that. After I baked the shells, it won't come out from the ring because of the holes. OMG..I put it back in the oven and tried to take it out while they were hot...Only 2 came out nice, the rest (as you can see above) can't be saved...huhu

Way less time it took (and lot less headache) plus no breaking!

My second time trying to cook tomyam...way better than the first time. But I didn't have lime at that time...So I used lemon juice instead hahaha...If not,  maybe rasa dia marvellous (perahsantan betoii). This version is milk added.
